Graduate Trainee Consultant

As a graduate trainee consultant you will receive a comprehensive induction and challenging training programmer to introduce you to 360 and the world of recruitment. We will develop you to become a full consultant with a mentor supporting you. You will need the desire to learn and the drive, determination and motivation to hit your daily and weekly targets to build your own client and candidate base in your chosen sector.

As a consultant, you will take ownership and accountability for delivering results and great customer service to your clients and candidates alike. You will have a direct impact on how 360 Resourcing achieve business targets and your ideas will help contribute to the company's success.

Business Development Manager

You'll be responsible for identifying new client partners for 360 and will excel in building new relationships. You'll be as comfortable on the phone as in the boardroom of a blue chip business and will have fantastic communication skills. Our business development managers are trained to understand every facet of the business, recruitment, and candidate behaviour so that they are fully equipped to recommend an ideal solution.

Account Manager

You'll be in charge of ensuring your clients are receiving exceptional customer experience and that they are getting the very best from their relationship with 360. You'll be a consummate problem solver and will have a full understanding of all the services that 360 offer. Listening, understanding and great communication skills are critical in this role, and you will gain satisfaction from building excellent client relationships with some fantastic businesses.

Account Executive

An integral part of the business, you will support the recruitment teams with a focus on developing clients and supporting their advertising and resourcing needs. A professional and friendly approach to customer service is required, and you will have the chance to progress within the company in a support role or a recruitment role. You'll have a great understanding of 360's services allowing you to effectively support the account management team.
