Tesco, Morrisons, Primark and New Look lead the way in online job searches

Latest internet research figures suggest that Supermarkets and High-Street Retailers are the most searched for organisations when it comes to online job-seeking.

Results of the research shows that for Supermarkets, Tesco Jobs and Morrison’s Jobs are the most used search terms across the internet when it comes to people looking to work in the Supermarket sector. For the High-Street Retailing sector, the most used search terms are New Look Jobs and Primark Jobs. 


The results are sure to provide a welcome boost to the High-Street Retail sector which has come under pressure in recent years from online retailers.

One thing is for sure though, the news will delight Tesco, Primark, Morrison’s and New Look as the very fact so many people are looking to work for their organisations shows their brand status within the marketplace. However, it does not reflect well on other well known High-Street chains such as Asda, Sainsbury’s and Argos who for some reason do not warrant the same amount of searches.
