Exactly like the title of this article suggests, the secrets of NLP in recruitment were finally revealed to the CIPD community at the recent CIPD HR Conference & Exhibition in Manchester.
Although widely used in other aspects of business such as Sales, Marketing & Advertising, surprisingly it is only now that businesses are starting to turn to NLP to boost their recruitment results.
NLP, also known as Neuro Linguistic Programming, is a model of interpersonal communication which is designed to improve communication skills by bridging the neurological processes, language and behavioural patterns that have been learned through experience.
As you can see from the pictures below, the workshop was a huge hit with the audience, completely filling the seminar room and leading one HR Director to comment “This was the most informative and interesting workshop I have attended during this conference, I will definitely be looking into NLP for Recruitment, when I get back to the office”.
