360 Resourcing leads the way at the 2011 CIPD HR Conference & Exhibition

November saw the annual CIPD HR Conference & Exhibition return to Manchester for what promised to be the biggest event yet. This annual event sees HR Directors, HR Managers, Recruitment Managers and HR Professionals from across the UK descend on Manchester to attend seminars from leading business people including Sir Terry Leahy from Tesco and to view the diverse range of exhibitors, all in the name of increasing awareness and knowledge within the HR Sector.

A number of exhibitors felt it was a quieter show than previous years, with HR budgets being cut both in the public and private sector. However this wasn’t our experience; we were exhibiting for the first time and were busy from the very first hour. This was possibly due to the very bright stand designed by our Marketing expert Carl but also in part due to the innovative resourcing solution we offer which helps companies attract and recruit the very best talent more cost and time effectively than traditional methods.

The 360 team enjoyed talking to passers-by about their daily working lives, what industry they serve and their predictions for the future. It was great to be a part of the event and it has certainly given us a lot of confidence for the future and plenty of new ideas.

Over the course of the 3-day event, the 360 team spoke to no fewer than a thousand people from all different backgrounds, organisations and locations and as you can see from the pictures below, the team enjoyed every minute of the showpiece event and have gone on to develop some great professional relationships along the way.
