A full 12 months!

360 Resourcing Solutions, specialists in retail and retail head office recruitment launched in June 2009. They have just completed their first full financial year of trading and their innovative and fresh approach to recruitment has led to a fantastic 12 months of growth.

In a tough economic climate they have grown to a team of 14 dedicated recruiters, whose strong affiliation to the 360 brand and ethos has provided the excellent service demanded by their business partners. The company has exciting plans for 2011 and is continuing to evolve and expand, further supporting their clients resourcing challenges in a bespoke and cost effective manner.

To cap off a great year 360 Resourcing has been shortlisted for ‘Best retail Recruitment agency’ and ‘Best Newcomer’ at the upcoming Recruiter awards of excellence 2011. This is a great achievement for such a young business and they are rightly proud of the high level of professionalism they have attained. They were also recently highlighted in a ‘Retail Week’ article which reported on how 360 worked in partnership with ‘The Original Factory Shop’ to reduce their recruitment costs by 40%, through the use of online candidate attraction and a bespoke support process.

As a company 360 pride themselves on being candidate driven and they have just launched a new website which is more reflective of their brand.  It provides quick and efficient access to their client’s vacancies for job seekers, along with a career centre which offers a variety of advice and tips on everything from CV's to starting a new job role.

If 360's current trajectory is anything to go by then the next 12 months should make them a company to watch.
