An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this successful business as a Concessions Administrator. As an Administrator you will be providing administrative support to the Concession Department. Reporting to the Concessions Manager, this varied role will include working with suppliers and stores.


- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries, upholding efficient communication at all times
- Word processing & spreadsheets
- Completing proposals and updating contractual information
- Maintenance of contact database
- Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
- Arranging meetings and taking notes

Sales Reporting
- Formal Weekly, monthly and annual reporting of concession performance
- Provision of sales analysis and performance reports as required by management
- Develop an understanding of the concession sales reports to assist management in making decisions.


- Analytical with confidence working with figures.
- Good people skills & excellent communicator
- Ability to work alone and to deadline as and when required
- Good knowledge of excel
- Good administration skills
