Convergence Group has an exciting opportunity based in Solihull, on a full time, permanent basis. In return you will receive a competitive salary of £38,000 - £50,000 with excellent additional benefits & a commission plan.

Purpose of the role:
It's an exciting time to join Convergence Group (CG) we continue shaping the future of connectivity, bringing a service culture and innovation to the industry. To support our growth, we are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader to lead recruiting for the business.
To keep up with the rapid growth of our employee population, our teams across the business are expanding. We are looking for a talent acquisition expert to own recruiting for the business as a whole. This individual will be able to deeply understand the end-to-end process of hiring top talent and knows how to be a strategic partner. The right person will be comfortable developing a sourcing strategy, pivoting their approach for different business needs, and have a critical eye when assessing talent for CG. Talent acquisition is a priority, so we need someone who understands the importance of hiring the best and has the passion and desire to make an impact.
In this role, you will partner with senior managers across the business. Each team are responsible for providing service excellence. Allowing the CG culture to come through and make the experience of working at CG even more satisfying.
