Great company to work for, rapidly expanding so lots of career opportunities and potentially quick progression. Very fast paced environment with constantly changing stock package and thus store merchandising. High level of autonomy in role and needs the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
They have stores in secondary locations so the idea is that the stores support the local community providing a local amenity offering something for everyone. Although they sell everything from toys to toasters to slippers, there is a large focus on fashion. One of the biggest challenges for managers is the visual merchandising of the store to create a flow and a great experience with the diversity of products and volume of shoppers.
