Over the last 12 months our business has gone from strength to strength and as a result we are now looking for a passionate and motivated retailer to join as Branch Manager / Site Manager to drive sales and service in our Birmingham city centre branch.

As a Branch / Site Manager you will benefit from a generous basic salary between £16,000-£18,000 and an excellent uncapped monthly bonus scheme based on sales and profit contribution. You will be expected to work 6 days over 7 include weekend work.

As a Branch / Site Manager you will be responsible for these key areas:

• Customer Focus - Ensuring all customers receive the highest level of customer care/service at all times adhering to company guidelines.
• Operational - Completion of, and accurate and timely submission of, branch administration and paperwork and other administrative duties as required.
• Sales - Achieving and exceeding targets and Identifying and implementing new revenue generating initiatives
• Commercial - Monitor, develop and implement initiatives to reduce overall branch operational costs and improve branch profitability.
• Personnel - Recruitment, training, development and performance management of all staff on site including: Express valeters, Team Leaders, Cashiers and the Management team in each of the sites three branches.

We are an extremely customer focused business and are looking for a Retail Manager, Site Manager, Branch Manager, Store Manager, Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Department Manager, Sales Floor Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager in a sales focused one to one retailer with a full clean driving license.
