360 Resourcing are a 80+ strong team specialist consultants, resourcers, IT developers and support staff based in our St Helens and London offices. This makes us one of the select 2% of recruitment businesses in the UK to employ over 50 people. OUR STORY

360 & THE PANDA

We'd increasingly seen the word panda creep into our workplace, from the plethora of panda desk pets on Olivias desk - to the fact that the development team had decided to call their next generation applicant tracking system Resourcing Panda.

Then when we were designing our new website we interviewed members of staff to find out what they wanted. Most of the feedback focused on the amazing service that we provide as a business - but also on the unique personality profile of the people who work at 360.

When we are creating our new web design the traditional recruitment cliches just didn't seem to fit our business model or the talented individuals who works here - and then Hannah drew panda and it was love at first sketch.

More importantly pandas are cute and awesome. I mean who doesn't like pandas? We haven't found anyone yet do let us know..
