We opened our doors in 2009 with some 30 years experience behind us. You see, we’ve had the recruitment T-Shirt for some time but fancied wearing one of our own design. That design was to offer a resourcing solution with our own spin that we knew for certain would deliver for our clients.

We do this by:

  • Promising success or full rebate of fees (which has never happened as yet!)

The team have worked in all aspects of the recruitment business – agencies, consultancies, marketing, advertising, networking, headhunting and job boards hence the 360 name. Although we are specialists and understand the industry from every angle, our backgrounds include experience gained from private to public, from blue chips to SMEs and from high street chains to suburban outlets.

Our point of difference is that we are candidate driven and 'walk the talk' when it comes to putting candidates first. We feel that by looking at everything from a candidate's perspective, this will allow us to deliver the best possible service to our clients.

This also means we can build strong, meaningful relationships with our candidates and the better we know them, the better the advice we can give both them and our clients.
